All goods sold by Indolesinternational carry the condition that liability for any injury, loss or damage whatsoever to persons or real property resulting from the purchase is at the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Acceptance of our goods binds the purchaser to these terms.
The purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold Indolesinternational harmless from and against any and all losses damages and expenses whatsoever or howsoever caused, arising from any use by the purchaser of the product; and assumes all risk and liabilities resulting from the use of the products whether used individually or in combination with other products.
Resale of our products is strictly forbidden. Any violations of these policies will result in permanent termination of the purchaser’s account and future services.
